New to Flash...HELP!!

I have a menubar that was built in Flash and it has an image
on one of the layers. I would like to replace this image with some
photos and/or images of our area. How can I make this so that the
image will change every 3 to 5 seconds?? I am using Flash
Professional 8 on a Windows XP machine.
