MySQL connection

Hi everybody



I'm new to dreamweaver and by studying the macromedia
ufficial course book I got stuck with creating a database
connection with PHP/MySQL. I'm working on a windows XP worstation,
I have PHP 5.2.1 running on an Apache 2.2.4 server and I'm using
dreamweaver MX8.



I tried all the options in the help topic of this site, of
the MySQL site and PHP site, but still I receive an error message
saying: an undefined error has occurred.



Can you please help me go on learning?
