Hi



Divs have multiple advantages over table, they allow better
content

control, they provide greater accessibility and you can
easily port your

layouts to alternate media types.

First, many highly-competent web designers still use tables.
That said, =

they avoid heavy use of row and column spans as that can
create very =

fragile structures that break easily. Creating complex
layouts usually =

requires nested tables and the code can quickly become
cumbersome. Using =

divs for the same layout usually produces lighter, simpler
code which is =

easier to troubleshoot and modify. And divs can be more
flexible as they =

are basically independent of one another while table cell
sizes are =

usually influenced by the size of adjoining cells.
