Basically I have a rounded rectangle border and a larger
picture. I want the border to frame the picture.
How can I use the border to create a clipping mask or cut
away the parts of the picture that exceed the border?Clipping Mask?
You can't use a border to mask an image but you CAN fill that
border, then select the fill only and cut the fill and paste it in
a mask layer above your image. Then just use your align palette to
line them up, if necessary.
