Expiration Date in the preference but...

I just tried to look at one on the released projects and it
said project expired. I checked the preferences and the project
expiration date was not checked.



Does anyone know why this happened?Expiration Date in the preference but...

Usually we see issues with Expiration date when someone used
the trial version of Captivate 2 to produce a movie. They later
upgrade to the full version, but forget to look at the preferences
for that movie created using the trial version and DE-select the
expiration.



Was this created using the trial? If so, have you
re-published the project since upgrading?

I did originally create it using the trial but then purchased
it and published it right after that.

Okay, color me confused here. Are you saying that it is now
working? Or are you instead saying that you still have the issues.
Even after ensuring the Expiration date has not been set and you
have re-published the project with the expiration date cleared?
