create a pop-up Balloon

Hi

I am creating a site that uses a map. When users run the
mouse over a specific location I would like a balloon (not sure if
this is actually what it is called) to pop-up with a picture, a
brief description of the picture and a link to another page. How do
I do this?

You should find something with the keyword ''tooltip''.

You should also look for the CSS attribs z-index, and
display.



With z-index you can tell elements to overlay other elements,

and display can tell some element wether to show, or not to
show.
