Playback keeps stopping

Using the trial version . . . is there a time limit on
projects?



I get to slide 11 and the playback stops. If I press the
Forward button in Preview, it goes on to the next slide. From there
on, some slides navigate automatically to the next slide, some stop
and I have to press Forward.



I recorded in Demonstration mode. It's all there, I just
can't get it to preview or publish so it will play all the way
through.

Take a closer look at the slides where the pause is
occurring. I know you said you recorded in Demonstration mode,
which indicates the project should just play through without
pausing, but it's worth double-checking to see if you have a
Click Box, Button or Text Entry Box object on the slides
where the pause is occurring.

Normally, there are only two avenues for them to end up
there.



1. You insert them using the Insert %26gt; Click Box... menu
action

2. You record in one of the Assessment modes. (Or move into
custom mode, where you enable them)



Personally, I figure the second is what has happened here.
It's quite common for folks that are new to Captivate to change the
recording mode from Demonstration to one of the others, then later
wonder why the movie pauses instead of playing through.
