css code hints, where are you?

I'm new to dw 8; doing a tutorial, which says this: Type body
{ . As you begin typing, the code hints appear, and this: Select
Margin from the code hint list.



Preferences are set for them to display them, but no list
shows. Help!css code hints, where are you?
Type body { then hit the space bar.
